Pradhan Mantri Kausal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) is a flagship
programme under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE)
to give skill training for the youth in the nation to make them livelihood opportunities
better under Prior Learning Scheme (PLS).
Objectives of PMKVY
To mobilise the large young population into skill certification
for enhancing the employment opportunities.
Demographic dividend increases with quality skill programme
and enabling large workforce.
