1.The
party secures 6% of votes in general election for assembly (not bye election)
to be qualification for state party.
2.The
state party wins 2 seats in general election for assembly to be qualification
for state party.
3.The
party secures 6% of votes in general election for loksabha(not bye election) to
be qualification for state party.
4.The
party wins 1 seat in Loksabha from the state to be qualification for state
party.
5.The
party secures 3% of votes in general election for assembly inaddition to win 3
seats in assembly to be qualification for state party.
